Currently, after completing an Amber Assist session, there’s no clear way to wrap it up with a structured summary. This makes it harder to capture key decisions and insights from brainstorming sessions for future reference.

### Proposed Solution
Introduce a “Summarize & Complete” option at the end of an Amber Assist session that:
•	Generates a summary of the session, highlighting key points and decisions.
•	Saves it as a reference note or section, making it easy to revisit later.
•	Provides a clear completion indicator (e.g., a ✅ or a confirmation message) to signal that the session is finished.
### Use Case
For example, if I make an important decision about a character pivot in my writing, Amber should help me recall that six months later when I need it.
### Additional Context
Since Amber Assist History is already in development, this feature could integrate with it to enhance session tracking and usability.
